All about our incredible kombucha, available soon in our shop.
When Erica met the Griffin Growers, she was growing hibiscus, otherwise known as Rosella, in South Africa.
She has baskets and baskets and baskets of them.
She took the petal type calyx off and dried them.
She saved the seed for growing and giving away.
She brought the tiniest container of the dried tea with her to England. It's so very nearly finished now.
Then she found an Egyptian scoby that lives on hibiscus tea and sugar, no caffeine and she's been feeding it to her tea. It's the most extraordinary colour.
This is her very first bottle now. It's so delicious 😋
