So much to relish…

It’s August and we have the beginnings of a few sweetcorn and three juicy beetroot! We’ll safeguard one for seed and share the rest. This week, we’ve been moving kit from the big shed into our new shepherd’s hut. With much construction work happening on the Griffin site this month and with the recent hot weather, we’re adding to the harvest table as needed, as fewer people are understandably passing by. It’s a good opportunity to start thinking about making chutneys and relishes to go on the table in the autumn instead!
